UCSD EATS:
Educational Equity

Our Vision: Ensure each UCSD student E.A.T.S.

Over the next 3 years, HMJ Consulting is building a system for student empowerment that helps each student make progress on the path to sustainable success following the four EATS Pillars of change.

  1. Empowerment: Motivational assemblies expose students to diverse success stories, and focus groups to open up communications between students and administration

  2. Accessibility: Increasing awareness and access to resources through a centralized directory of community events, programs, and organizations

  3. Tools: Training and tracking of developmental goals through college-readiness and application coaching.

  4. Sustainability: Developing regional coalitions to develop a diverse and equitable cradle-to-career pipeline.
